10th PROX, NET IMMEDIATELY THERE AFTER, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN INVOICE

No claims will be allowed for labor or damages. If default in payment occurs and account is placed for collection, all fees will be buyer's responsibility. No credit will be allowed for goods returned without consent. Service charges on past due accounts will be assessed as allowed by law.

Cardello Electric Supply Company does not manufacture goods it sells and makes no express warranties thereon. Cardello Electric Supply Company disclaims all implied warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particulat use.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
All special orders require a deposit of 100% of sale price.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Special orders can be subject to freight charges.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must have original receipt.
All items must be returned in original packages.
Returns within seven days of purchase will receive credit in full.
Returns after seven days of purchase will receive an in-store credit.
Returns can not be made past thirty days of sale.
Refunds for merchandise purchased by check can not be made until ten business days.
All returns for $50.00 or more will be refunded by check. (Please alow ten days to process.)
Freight charges are non-refundable.
Clearance items are non-returnable.
Cut wire orders are non-returnable.
Any product that has been installed is non-returnable.
